How to Return Items

Please have your order number and reason for return ready.
Package Your Items
Carefully package the items in their original condition with all tags attached.
Include the original receipt or order confirmation.
Schedule Pickup
We'll arrange for pickup from your location at no extra cost within Kigali.
For other areas, you may need to bring items to our store.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Rental Returns
Special Rental Policy
Return Date
Rental items must be returned by the agreed return date to avoid late fees.
Condition
Items should be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear expected).
Late Fees
Late returns incur a daily fee of 10% of the rental price per day.
Damage Policy
Damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.
