Booking Terms & Conditions

Advance Booking

  • Minimum 3 days advance booking required
  • Popular items may require 1-2 weeks advance booking
  • Bridal wear requires 2-4 weeks advance booking
  • Same-day bookings subject to availability

Rental Duration

  • Minimum rental period: 1 day
  • Maximum rental period: 7 days
  • Extended rentals available upon request
  • Weekend packages available (Friday-Monday)

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required to confirm booking
  • Remaining balance due at pickup/delivery
  • Security deposit required for all rentals
  • Payment accepted: Mobile Money, Card, Cash

Pricing Structure

Rental Fees

Casual Dresses RWF 15,000 - 30,000/day
Cocktail Dresses RWF 25,000 - 50,000/day
Evening Gowns RWF 40,000 - 80,000/day
Bridal Gowns RWF 100,000 - 300,000/day
Accessories RWF 5,000 - 20,000/day

Additional Costs

Security Deposit 50% of rental value
Delivery (Kigali) RWF 5,000
Late Return Fee 10% per day
Cleaning Fee RWF 10,000 - 25,000
Damage Repair Cost of repair

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before pickup

Full refund of deposit minus 10% processing fee

24-48 hours before pickup

50% refund of deposit

Less than 24 hours before pickup

No refund of deposit

Emergency cancellations

Considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation

Care Instructions

Do's

  • Handle items with clean hands
  • Hang items properly when not wearing
  • Keep items away from food and drinks
  • Report any damage immediately
  • Store in provided garment bag
  • Take photos before and after wearing

Don'ts

  • Don't wash or dry clean items
  • Don't use perfume directly on garments
  • Don't smoke while wearing items
  • Don't make alterations
  • Don't lend items to others
  • Don't expose to extreme weather

Damage & Loss Policy

Minor Damage

Small stains, loose threads, or minor wear - cleaning fee applies (RWF 10,000 - 25,000)

Major Damage

Tears, burns, permanent stains - repair cost charged from security deposit

Total Loss

Lost or irreparably damaged items - full replacement cost charged

Insurance

Optional damage insurance available for 10% of rental fee
